Jane Muss is a DJ/Producer and resident at the Ghent-based organization Achlys. Throughout her youth as a raver in the Belgian scene, Jane was hugely inspired by the industrial and heavy character of Techno music. She tries to translate her passion into sets with an unconventional style, dominated by genres such as Hard-Techno, Tekno, Core, Acid-Core, Hard-Trance and Rave. Jane reflects herself in steamy sets with an emphasis on dynamics, the combination of obscurity with tristesse, and the battle between euphoria and melancholy. Both Jane's releases and sets are loaded and performed with an extreme, emotional conviction. Drivenly, she plays with the range of different genres, tempos and a passionate focus on entrancing melody. Music in all its forms has always presented itself throughout her life as a form of self-expression, outlet and mainstay. With a deep love for electronic music and the Techno scene, Jane is all too happy to put herself on the map, starting from the home front: Belgium.
